The Los Angeles Times reported, the tunnel area had become "the internationally recognized epicenter of West Coast Graffiti...featured in magazines, photography and books...Graff Artist come from all over the world." This exhibit pays special tribute to the birth of Los Angeles Graffiti Art and the artists who were created as a result of the Belmont Tunnel curated by Bumper. aka Kartune K2S
